Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Eligibility

  • requested within 14 days of delivery
  • unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • original tags and packaging included
  • hygienic liners intact where applicable
  • free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or damage

NOHRE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Approved returns are eligible for:

  • exchange
    or
  • store credit

Store credit validity and redemption terms will be communicated at the time of issuance.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • verified manufacturing defects
  • damaged items caused by production issues
  • fulfillment errors
  • exceptional circumstances approved by NOHRE

Refund approval is determined solely at NOHRE’s discretion.

Swimwear

Eligible swimwear may qualify for exchange or store credit only if hygienic liners and tags remain fully intact.

NOHRE reserves the right to refuse any swimwear return showing signs of wear, removal of protective liners, damage, staining, or alteration to original packaging.

Chargeback Resolution

Customers agree to contact NOHRE directly prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for:

  • return shipping costs
  • duties
  • taxes
  • customs fees

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
